Financial Promotions, Explained

Newsletter marketing often arrives as a dramatic video or long sales page—a “teaser” promotion. This section explains those presentations in plain language: what they claim, what a subscriber actually receives, and how to tell the difference.

placeholder Promotion breakdowns will be published here. We describe and evaluate the sales presentation as a consumer would experience it—we do not reproduce copyrighted promotional material, and we don't identify the “secret stock” being teased.

How we cover a promotion

  • What the presentation claims, summarized fairly and briefly
  • Which product or subscription it is actually selling
  • The real price and renewal terms behind the pitch
  • What a subscriber receives versus what the pitch implies
  • Whether the claims are supported, unclear, or overstated

We avoid calling anything a “scam” without strong documented evidence and editorial review.
